I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy on my large double room in balham. Living with two flatmates (Males both 23). The flat has a garden, 2 bathrooms and separate kitchen and lounge. 10 min walk from both clapham south and balham station. New windows have been installed in the last month and the room has been redecorated. Contract is signed until November with possibility to extend.
