Hello!

We have a lovely double room in our fantastic flat available. The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, pictures, mirror, shelves, etc. We Do NOT provide all the bedding such as (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).

This is a wonderful flat in a well-kept apartment block, located only a short walk away from Vauxhall Tube (Victoria Line) or Kennington Tube (Northern Line). The flat is split over two levels. Both the kitchen and living areas are very spacious and fully furnished.

We have a separate lounge with flat screen TV, sofas, dining table and chairs. Our kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dryer and etc. The house has two bathrooms. It is all kept very clean and tidy as our cleaner comes around once a week and clean all the communal areas.

The house would ideally suit to young professionals and to international students here to further improve their education and/or work experience. We are looking for people who would appreciate living in a well decorated, tidy and clean surrounding.

It's less than 10 minutes on foot to Vauxhall or Kennington tube stations and just a 3 minute’ walk to the Thames. The area is well connected to the city centre and the local shops are just around the corner.

The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence), fast wireless broadband Internet and cleaner. You don’t have to pay for anything extra!

You only need to pay one week’s rent to reserve the room. One day before you move in you pay a further 3 week’s rent (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus the first month’s rent in advance.

So, in summary:

You need to send us £240 to reserve the room.
On the day you move in you must pay a further £720 (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus £1,040, which is the first month’s rent in advance.

You must give us one month’s notice before you leave. Your deposit will be held in a government-backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to their website: depositprotection. com for more details about how it works).
