Hi all! Looking for someone to join me in my 2 bed, 1 bath flat in Brixton.

Current roommate is moving out and I’m looking for someone interested in resigning a year lease. The flat is a 7-min walk from both the station and all your essential shops. Rent is £1037.50 + bills (no more than £150).

Little bit about me: I have a full time job in hospitality, so my schedule isn’t a typical 9–5 and I’m out of the house quite often but my schedule does include late nights which might not be the best fit if you’re an early bird. I’m very easy going, keep the place as clean and tidy as possible and love to get along with whoever I live with.

April 29th move in date can be flexible.
