Hi there,

I'm looking to rent my room out from May/June for up to one year (min 3 months). It's a bright spacious double room with an ensuite bathroom (picture shows the bed folded into a single, but it's a double). It has a big desk, shelving and a wardrobe and a TV.

The flat itself has a really spacious living room kitchen, and a lovely balcony.

We are quiet, clean and considerate. We love to cook and bake (and very much have an ethos of offering food that we've cooked), read, go to the gym and happy to be as sociable as you want/need. The location is great for Sydenham station (overground line), penge east station, crystal palace park. I am relatively new to the area and love it!

We're a gay couple, so you'd have to be fine with that (although have no preferences as to your own orientation, just don't want any homophobes!). We're also multi-lingual, speaking a mixture of English and Brazilian Portuguese, so very open to any Portuguese speakers!
