I have a free 35sqm room in my flat that I am looking to rent out for the summer. It is available June to September only, it cannot be extended beyond that.

Please note that the flat does not have a living room - hence the cheap price for the area.

I am looking for a friendly, clean and tidy flatmate (male or female). Both professionals and students welcome.

1,500 per month with bills included. I am flexile on the duration of the rent but if renting only for a very short period of time, the rent would be higher.
