We have the Telegraph Hill park right up the street with tennis and basketball courts, the best pizza in London, as well as the local market, church and café. About 7 minutes walk away we have a big Sainsbury’s, TK Maxx, B&M and other stores and cafes on New Cross Road.

- We are mainly looking for long-term tenants but would consider short-term as well.
