Master bedroom in victorian house, Wandsworth - the best room in the house. Nice vibe with old floorboards and window shutters. All bills inclusive.

Bed, tall 5-drawer chest of drawers and sofa bed included. Lots of wardrobe space - 2 wardrobes and 2 large cupboards. It's great if you have a lot of stuff.

The smaller chest of drawers, bedside table and workout equipment is going, though if it's still available at your time of viewing you can make me an offer of any of it.

Housemates are friendly, fairly quiet, reasonably tidy. A cleaner comes every fortnight free to do all common areas. There's a garden patio area round the back with a BBQ and jacuzzi for anyone's use.

My contract runs 4 months until 31 October which you'll be taking over, after which you can choose to renew for 1 year, so perfect flexibility here.
