Weekly cleaner included! We have two lovely, sun-filled rooms available in our professional female-share in Streatham - perfect iif you're looking for a calm retreat that’s still an easy commute into Victoria or London Bridge.

We’re looking for two clean, considerate professional women to join us. We really value a relaxed and respectful environment; we’re the kind of house where people actually enjoy coming home at the end of the day.

About Me
I work in healthcare (hybrid, so I'm in and out during the week). Outside of work, I love being active—usually at the gym, playing volleyball, or out walking somewhere green. When I’m winding down, I’m usually trying a new restaurant or relaxing with a good meal and a show. I’m pretty laid-back and easy to live with; I just care about keeping the home tidy and calm!

The Rooms
Both rooms are spacious and airy with plenty of natural light. They’re fully furnished with comfy double beds, wardrobes, and smart storage.

Room 1 (Ground Floor): Offers a bit more privacy and direct access to the garden.

Room 2 (First Floor): Very quiet and bright with lovely leafy views.
Both rooms have plenty of space for a desk if you work from home.

The House & Lifestyle
We like to keep things clean and organized so the house stays a stress-free zone for everyone.

Shared Spaces: A fully equipped kitchen-diner for cooking and a cozy living room for unwinding.

The Garden: Our favorite spot! It’s a private green space, perfect for a morning coffee or some weekend reading.

The Perks: We have a weekly cleaner for all communal areas (no chore-chart drama!) and high-speed broadband throughout.

Bathroom: Large, modern bathroom shared with just two other housemates.

The Location

Commuting: 8-minute walk to Streatham Common Station (direct to Victoria and London Bridge). It’s also just 1 stop to Balham for the Northern Line.

Local Life: A short stroll to the green spaces of the Common and The Rookery. There are great local gyms, supermarkets, and independent cafés right on the doorstep.

Rent & Details

Rent: £850 per month.

Bills: Approx. £150 per month (covers all utilities, council tax, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the weekly cleaner).

Total Estimated Monthly: £1,000.

Deposit: £0.

Available: Immediately (Single occupancy only).
