I am moving out of my lovely double room in Streatham Hill, which I share with two lovely girls and looking for another aged 23-27 to sublet it from 23rd May - 31st July.
Has a double bed, room for under bed storage, large window, shelves, bedside table & several wardrobes for storage. We have a huge modern kitchen/lounge area, with TV, spacious bathroom and a gorgeous private garden for London summers! It's about a 10 min walk to Streatham park, Streatham high street and good transport links to both Balham & Clapham.

All Bills (roughly): £125

Our current contract is ending on 31st July. The two current flatmates will also be moving out. There is the opportunity to stay if you find 2 people to share with!
