We are looking for friendly, clean and respectful housemate to rent one double room in flat in Putney. The room is spacious and bright. You will be sharing the bathroom with one person only.

The flat is in a fantastic location — just a 5-minute walk from Putney train station, 10 minutes from East Putney underground station, and only 5 minutes from the High Street, where you can find everything you need including supermarkets, cafés, shops and restaurants. It’s a very convenient and lively area but the home itself is peaceful and comfortable.

Rent is £1000 per month per room, all bills included. We’re hoping to find professional who are easygoing, value a clean home and respect each other’s space.
