Hi all!
Sadly, my flatmate is moving out, and I am in need of a new one.
I am 30+ yo (F) and an hourly lecturer at a university, so I will be in the office most of the weekdays during the term time and for a couple of days during the break.
The flat is located in the up-and-coming Elephant and Castle area. There are multiple tube stations around accessible by bus or on foot, namely Elephant & Castle, Oval, Kenington and Brixton, but we have a bus station just around the corner with multiple routes to the city, so super convenient for those commuting in.
There is a Sainsbury's Local nearby and the beautiful Burgess Park for those of you who are active.
There are shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. They are partially furnished, and I will be doing some redecorating, so if you decide to move in, we can work on it together and make ourselves at home (literally!).
We have basic amenities like a dishwasher, a washing machine (no dryer), oven, microwave, hob, kettle, and a toaster.
Something you should know is that the flat is located on the 4th floor (top floor of the flat), but unfortunately, we do not have a lift. So not the most accessible of flats of all time. But it is a way to put some cardio in!
