An interesting older person with reduced eye sight and mobility is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation. The ideal person will be working or studying outside of the home Mon-Fri.

This person would really benefit from some practical help including picking up shopping, making a few evening meals, light help around the home and ad hoc errands, plus the friendly reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings and overnight.

The accommodation on offer is a furnished double bedroom, shared bathroom and use of the kitchen and sitting room.

The property is in an excellent location just 10 minutes’ walk from Parsons Green tube station.

The person is friendly and sociable and very well-travelled. They interested in the art, theatre, ballet, cinema and enjoy reading. They would enjoy a mix of company and sharing some meals, but they also like their own space too. This person's daughter does live in the home some of the time but travels a reasonable amount.

N. B please note that when you are away on holiday, they will need to arrange for someone (usually a friend) to stay in the room you occupy.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
