My old flatmate has recently had to return to the US due to his visa not being extended, but I have loved living here for the past 18 months and so would really like to stay if possible! Please contact me only if you can view the flat and move imminently.

This flat is a very good deal. The room is spacious and bright (about 14x8 ft), and the flat is situated right on Rye Lane, less than five minute's walk from Peckham Rye Station, which makes it quicker to get around with compared to lots of places in London. It has a good kitchen with a gas stove and plenty of work surfaces, a kitchen table and seating area, a bath/shower, and hall where bikes can be stored. Most importantly, it's only a two bed, so you'll have more freedom to use the space than you would in a larger houseshare.

Naturally, that does make it more important that we get on, so a bit about me: I’m currently in my second year of a PhD in Philosophy at UCL. In my spare time, I like to read, cook, and go to galleries. I'm quite an easy person to live with - I'm tidy but not fussy, I'm friendly but not intense.
