We're Chloe, Edd, Matt and Pedro, friends living in a big house in Peckham. Sadly, our friend and housemate is leaving, so we're looking to fill the space with a new person who is looking for a social environment, more than just housemates! Creative, outgoing & adventurous, we love a wide range of activities, including:

We have a home with a welcoming vibe where everyone contributes to the house spirit. We'd love to have communal dinners (veggie 🥦), occasional house parties 🥳🐴👽 and regular hangouts 📽️🍿🎲! Queer-friendly.

There is a large communal living room, a large kitchen/dining room, a garden, as well as 2 bathrooms and another toilet on the ground floor. We also have a beautiful and cuddly cat!

There is a cleaner who comes around every other week.

About the room:

The room is on the top floor of the house with two skylight windows. Half of the room has a sloped ceiling. You'll be sharing the floor with Chloe.

The room comes with a double ottoman bed (not pictured, but it's there!). Our existing housemate is also happy to leave her other furniture for a small fee (£150).

Rent is £785 per month, excluding bills.
