We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our home in Lambeth - super central and just a 10-minute walk from the London Eye.

You’d be living with Kate (24), a trainee lawyer, and Jack (26), a social media manager. We’re both really friendly, easygoing, and enjoy a good balance of socialising and personal space. We love catching up over dinner, having a chat in the evenings, and generally creating a relaxed, homely vibe – but we also really respect each other’s downtime.

We’re looking for someone who’s tidy, considerate, and up for a chat, while also appreciating their own space.

The room itself is unfurnished, filled with amazing natural light, and located on the top floor. The bathroom is on the same level and is shared with two other clean and considerate housemates.
