Good-sized double room in 2 bed first floor flat in South Queensferry. Large private garden with raised vege beds, if you feel so inclined. Shared kitchen, bathroom and spacious lounge. Driveway and free on-street parking available. Very close for the bus stop to Edinburgh (number 43). Dalmeny train station is around 1.8km or 1.1 miles away. The bus takes around 40 mins to reach the city centre, the train takes around 20 mins plus the time to walk/drive to the station.

Looking for a lodger (or a couple) to move in – students welcome.

I'm away a fair bit for work and looking for someone to help keep things ticking along while I'm away. Two previous lodgers over the last 3 years have been great. The neighbour’s cat has no respect for private property and loves to come for cuddles and company, but you don’t have to let her in. The human neighbours are also very friendly. Please note, the flat has a strict catch and release policy on all beasties that are deemed inappropriate as additional roommates. Available from either mid August or September
