The 4 bed house is in a safe quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes walk to Dalmeny station/ bus stop for Edinburgh. The train is 14 minutes to Hayemarket and 18 to Waverley. The house is also very near motorway links and the forth road bridge for those working at Rosyth shipyard.
There is also a Tesco within 10 walk and the beautiful old town of South Queensferry with many walks in the surrounding area.
Me and my partner are looking for a friendly, polite, clean, trustworthy professional who would respect our beautiful home.
You would have full use of the shared kitchen / dinner / lounge, utility room and garden.
There is parking on the road near the house.
I am self employed and my partner works full time.
