Hi!
My room will be empty between 1st December to 1st January (give or take 2-3 days depending on your needs) so I am looking to sublet it to someone who needs a highly functional, comfortable and high quality short term accommodation 🙂↕️ With council tax and bills I currently pay ~£1450 per month, but I am reducing the price as I understand it is only short term ☺️.
The flat is really lovely, and you would be sharing with my bubbly housemate Chloé. It’s very spacious for a two bedroom, especially the living room and kitchen areas which are easily the best feature. These are south facing, so they get all the winter sun, and are facing a quiet and safe residential street. The living room TV has all the streaming services, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, nice coffee machine, big fridge and everything you need to cook/bake. It is also where the washing machine is. Your room is on the north side, facing gardens / greenery. It is very quiet and peaceful- perfect for relaxing or working.
The flat is ideally located- 5min walk to Clapham North tube / Clapham High Street overground stations and 10min walk to Brixton station. It’s less than a 30minutes commute to the city centre, and both the Northern and Victoria lines run all night. You also have a Lidl just down the road, a Big Tesco and Sainsbury’s nearby too, and overall loads of shops, pubs and amenities (e. g. gym).

(NB: Couples are welcome and the rent would stay the same but I would ask for each to pay the deposit, as double the people, double the risk!)
