Hi, I’m Marzena, a working professional currently splitting my week between 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office.
I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate who is also a working professional, ideally female who is clean, tidy, respectful, and values a quiet and peaceful home environment.
I live with my 6 year old very small dog, so you’d need to be comfortable around her.
The rent is £850 per calendar month, plus approximately £100 for bills in the winter and £50 in warmer months like May, June , July & August (please note this does not include a TV licence but if you have a TV we can organise a licence).
The flat is on the first floor and its conveniently located about a 13-minute walk from Southfields Station, making it easy for commuting. Unallocated free parking available. Tesco express 3 mins walk from the flat. Bathroom would be shared only with me. Fridge on the picture is small but it will be changed to bigger size to accommodate 2 people.
