We’re looking for someone to join our cosy, well-connected flat in Tooting, just 2 mins walk from Tooting overground and 15 mins from Tooting Broadway station on the Northern Line, perfect for getting into central London! The area is great, with loads of nice coffee shops☕️, restaurants, and green spaces nearby!

The flat has a big, bright living room and a lovely outdoor space (amazing for the summer and BBQs). There’s plenty of space to relax, work from home, or hang out.

You’d be living with Bernardo (32), originally from Costa Rica, who works as a researcher and is sporty and easygoing, and Michelle (33), who's lived in London for 10yrs and loves exploring markets, music and running! She travels quite for work but loves coming back to home to recharge. The vibe at home is friendly, relaxed, and respectful, we’re not a party house, but we enjoy spending time together, movie night, glass of wine or walks together...

Rent is £800 per month and bills are around £110. Moving date is 18th May!

We’re ideally looking for a young professional in their late 20s or 30s who’s tidy, considerate, and has a fairly stable routine, someone who’s looking for a home rather than just a place to stay 🏡
