Newly refurbished house, full of girls looking for a girl to replace the girl leaving.

Let me start by sharing why I do this;

I have testimonials from previous tenants that have found the rooms and communal space to be amazing. They have also found the service from myself to be exceptional,

All rooms have smart TV’s in them, memory foam mattress’s, desks and chairs in them. I am also open to purchasing anything that you feel will add value to the room.

The kitchen has a double fridge, washer dryer, microwave, TV, toaster and kettle in it

The stairs has new carpet and the hallway has engineered wooden flooring on it.

There is a bathroom with a shower and a large sink, toilet and a mirror with a powered light . There is also second W/C with toilet and basin. This makes it easy if someone is using the shower, a toilet is always available.

A cleaner comes once a week for 2 hours and will clean all communal areas. This is included in the price, If you require fridges cleaned - just let me know and I will get this arranged.

Transport is great, with a selection of buses going into putney, Wimbledon and central London.

You also have some shops with a high street and also a big Asda all within walking distance.
