I’m offering a bright and spacious double room in a modern, well-maintained apartment in SW2, ideally located within walking distance of Brixton, Herne Hill and Tulse Hill.

This is more than just a room to rent—it’s a genuinely lovely home. The bedroom has recently been refreshed with new carpets and a clean, contemporary feel throughout. It’s calm, stylish and well looked after, making it ideal for someone who enjoys living in a peaceful environment.

The bedroom is generously sized with plenty of natural light and enough space to comfortably relax or work from home.

One of the standout features is the large landscaped private balcony, complete with outdoor seating, mature planting and flowers—perfect for a morning coffee, summer evenings or simply unwinding after work.

Location

The flat is perfectly positioned for commuting and enjoying everything South London has to offer:

* Short walk to Brixton (Victoria Line) with quick access to Central London
* Walking distance to Herne Hill, Tulse Hill and beautiful Brockwell Park
* Surrounded by fantastic cafés, restaurants, pubs, gyms and independent shops

About the Home

I’m an easy-going, tidy and respectful gay professional in my 30s.

The property is shared with my best friend, Alyssia, who I’ve known for over 20 years. Because of the nature of her work she’s regularly away during the week and often at weekends, meaning you’ll have the flat to yourself at least 50% of the time.

I’ll also be working on a long-term project in Madrid for several months, so during much of that period you’ll enjoy having the apartment almost entirely to yourself.

You’ll also become the temporary primary carer for my cat, Luca 🐾. He’s an 18-month-old, friendly, chilled and house-trained cat who enjoys going outside. He simply needs feeding three times a day and a little attention, so I’m looking for someone who genuinely likes cats.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is:

* Working professional
* Independent, tidy and considerate
* LGBTQ+ friendly
* Looking for a relaxed, respectful home rather than a party house
* Happy living with a friendly cat

Couples will be considered for the right fit for an additional £250 per calendar month.

Included

* All bills included
* Fast Wi-Fi
* Modern kitchen
* Stylish bathroom
* Large landscaped balcony
* Secure building

If you’re looking for a clean, stylish and relaxed home in one of South London’s best-connected neighbourhoods, I’d love to hear from you.

Drop me a message with a little about yourself, what you do for work and what you’re looking for in your next home.

Best,

Ant 🙂
