Moving out of my home of 2 years to be nearer the creative scene in East London. The room itself is on the smaller size which makes sense for the price. 650pcm + bills (usually around 85), single occupancy only. Council tax band D.

The room will come furnished with a bedframe of choice, wardrobe, chest of drawers, storage shelf and possibly a desk + office chair. Although a double lofted bed is pictured, you will also have the option of a single bed frame. The lofted bed simply helps me fit my desk and drums into a smaller space!

The house itself is a rarity at this price point, being located in Battersea/Nine Elms and having a living room, separate kitchen/dining room with washing machine, and a back garden to boot. You will be a 10-minute walk to Wandsworth Road (Windrush Line) station, 15-minute walk to Clapham Common (Northern Line), 15-minute walk to Battersea Park, and have quick access to the 156, 137, 452, 87 and 77 buses.

The current occupants are lovely and comprise 2 guys (Jack and Niall) and 1 girl (Yi), all professionals between X-X years old, some part of the LGBTQ+ community, so being an ally is a must! They are a friendly bunch, always down for a chat, the occasional BBQ, or watching TV in the living room, but also have their own stuff going on.

Move-in is 1st August but there may be some flexibility depending on my own plans.
