I'm moving out to move in with my partner after almost four wonderful years in this flat, and I'm genuinely sad to be leaving. It's been a fantastic home, and my flatmates have become close friends over the years. If I wasn't moving in with my partner, I wouldn't be leaving!
The room is the largest in the flat and comes with its own private en-suite bathroom (with both a bath and shower), a generous walk-in wardrobe, and plenty of space for a desk if you work from home. Being on the lower-ground floor is also a huge advantage during the summer—it stays noticeably cooler than most London bedrooms, which has been a lifesaver during recent heatwaves. The carpet has also been professionally cleaned, so the room is ready for someone to move straight in.
The apartment itself is a spacious, modern duplex that's been really well looked after. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, everyone has their own bathroom, making it an easy and comfortable place to share. There's a bright, spacious living room that's great for relaxing or having friends over, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated utility room with laundry facilities, plus both a private patio and terrace for enjoying some outdoor space.

Kieran (30) and Dan (32), two friendly, considerate professionals who both work full-time. It's a relaxed and sociable household—we'll often catch up over dinner, or brunch at the weekend—but everyone also respects each other's space and busy schedules. We're looking for someone clean and easygoing.
