We are looking for a lovely, wholesome girl to replace one of our flatmates. This is a beautiful flat in the heart of Clapham South. Our preferences are that you are aged between 24-28, female, non-smokers, and are looking for friends as well as flatmates.

4-bed flat in a safe apartment block just 7 minutes walk from Clapham South station. The property has 3 bathrooms (1 being an on-suite), a separate kitchen and living room, and a lovely balcony which is glorious in the sun 🌞 With plenty of grocery shops and bakeries just minutes from the flat, you’re never short of supplies (or a Gail’s!).
The room - £1153.60 pcm (rolling contract, deposit TBC)
A cosy double room with big windows and plenty of storage. The room is furnished and comes with a lovely big mirror & fireplace. Also, you will have a bathroom shared with one other girl. This has a shower, bath, toilet, sink, and gorgeous makeup mirror.

About the girls:
Between the ages of 24-27. We love going for walks, trying new coffee shops and having movie nights in, but also love a good bottomless brunch or night out with friends so we enjoy the balance and are looking for girls who have similar interests! We are incredibly respectful and clean tenants, so we’d need you to be too
