Currently has a spare single bed and sofa in there but has more than enough space for a double bed.
Current furniture can be removed if requested.
Looking for a clean and easy-going tenant.
I'm easy to get along with and in and out of the house quite a bit.
Most nights I'm watching films in the front room, I have big projector screen so its great for tv. I make dinner most evenings that i am indoors and I'm a chef so somebody who enjoys food and films would be a perfect!
