You will be sharing with two professional women who enjoy a quiet harmonious space. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean and modern. There is fast WI-FI and all bills are included.

No smoking, no pets, no wahala, no drama.

INITIAL VIDEO VIEWING IS ENCOURAGED

A video viewing is encouraged in the first instance. It is usually easier to organise and gives you a chance to get a real feel of the flat and quite frankly, me.

STORAGE CAN BE AN ISSUE IN LONDON PROPERTIES & THIS FLAT IS NO DIFFERENT

There is no additional storage in the garage or any other part of the property.

NO COMMUNAL SPACES

There is no sitting room or other communal spaces other than use of the kitchen and the bathroom. However I suspect that like minded ladies who prioritise peace and harmony like me will make the space work.

Use of the garden is not included particularly to protect the privacy of other occupants. I will however aim to keep it looking as lovely as possible for all of us to enjoy as we to and fro.

The rooms are furnished and ready to move in to. The bedroom, kitchen and have all been renovated to a high standard.

You will enjoy the tree-lined walk to and from the station especially if you commute regularly.

The property is situated in a quiet tree-lined residential street and is about a 10-minute walk from Snaresbrook Station making it an ideal place to live for commuters. It is also close to South Woodford Tube station.

The rooms are available for 1 occupant only each per room and I am unable to accept couples or sharers.
