I am a flatmate and live with a friend and we are looking for a third person to fill our flat until the end of June.

The flat is 5 minutes walk to South Woodford station (central line) and you can get to Stratford in just 15 minutes.

The room has a single bed (can be pulled out to a double) with plenty space for a desk. The flat is well decorated and is maintained to a very high standard. We are ideally looking for a student/professional who shares our mindset and will look after their room and the property, and is someone we can get on with.

Guests will not be allowed. The bathroom will be shared between the 3 of us.

Broadband and council tax are included in the rent.
Electric & gas will be split 3 ways at the end of the month.
