My best friend is moving home so we are looking for someone to take over her tenancy until December (possibility of extending after) in our cute and homely 2 bed flat 💖

There is 1 shared bathroom and a large kitchen lounge . Your room would be bedroom 1 shown in pics . This is a double bed sized room with a big window. The room comes unfurnished so great for anyone wanting to put their own stamp and create a proper homely bedroom rather than just a room in a house .

The flat is positioned in a 2 story house with 2 other neighbours both are older working professionals so the building is very quiet and respectful .

The room rent is £750 a month
Bills - approx £230 a month
Total : £ 980 a month inc bills

The house is also great for someone who’s affordability is a house share in London but not wanting to live with loads of people as it would just be me and you sharing.

You’ll be sharing with me El a 25 year old young professional who works full time in the city centre with no work from home days. I am sociable , outgoing and love chilled nights in . The flat is clean and tidy and I am looking for someone who I can get on well with and see as a friend rather than just a housemate !
