I have a large loft room which I am looking to rent out. I am out during the week most days and home evening and weekends. I occassionally host dinner parties. I expect the house to be kept to a high level of cleanliness and am looking for someone that will treat it with the same respect I do.

Whilst I am sociable, I like my home to be a place to relax and switch off.
