Common areas are cleaned every week by a tenant for reduced rent.

Share 2 Bathrooms, 2 Separate Toilets, 3 Kitchens (2 rooms have their own kitchen occupied by 3 people) (people generally cook 1, 3X a week, 1 doesn't in shared kitchen), Fast Fiber-optic Broadband-1,000 Mbps, Covered Veranda, 65 Foot Garden. Total rooms 8, shared with 7 people (3F, 4M). If house is full it will have a total Maximum 8 or 9 people in total. Washrooms are not busy because most tenants work different times, not from home. All the tenants and landlord are quiet, tidy, respecting, easy going and friendly. You couldn't ask for better tenants and landlord.

The house is in the process of re-decoration and modernization. Passages will be repainted, all painted wood and facility doors will get a second coat of turquoise, light green paint, 4 radiators, repaired, 1st floor bathroom and toilet re-tiled to ceiling & toilet pan changed, front door and bath window replaced with new triple glazed, rear passage re-floored and some rooms re-painted.
