You will be renting a room ONLY in a flat that is brand new, lovely, cosy, quiet, and extremely friendly, in a pleasant environment ideal for a working professional or student. It's in a very popular part of Hayes, a few minutes walk from Hayes & Harlington Station and Hayes Town. Brunel University is 15 minutes by bus, and 10 minutes by car.

Hayes Town Boasts - Asda, Iceland, Costa Coffee, Tesco Express, Post Office, Retail centre, Self Storage companies, Santander Bank, HSBC, Halifax, Nationwide along with a host of other restaurants and food courts.

I will be contracting a cleaner who will come once a month to clean the entire flat. The cost of the cleaner is divided between two people and is in addition to the rent.
