We have a cleaner who comes to clean the property and there is a mandatory charge £13/wk which will be added to the rent for this room, along with £2/wk for recycling bags.
Hayes Town Boasts (about 20mins walk away) - Icelands, Costa Coffee, Santander Bank, HSBC, Halifax, Nationwide along with a host of other restaurants and food courts.
We only ask for 4 weeks notice period, so there are no tie-ins.
