All furniture in the rooms is either brand new or in great condition: bed and mattress, study desk and chair, large wardrobe , bedside table and hidden cupboard with plenty of storage!

We are all busy professionals and are looking for a like-minded person. Please no party lovers or late night working people.
The property is very warm, quiet, bright and clean.
All kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle are provided, incl cleaning agents.
Washing machine, fridge freezer, and electric cooker/oven are fully available for use. Fastest internet is included in rent as well as all other bills.
There is a beautiful park with free tennis courts in, where we often spend time on sunny warm days.
Also Co-op, Tesco, off license shops, pubs and restaurants within minutes from the flat. Dental and medical centers are 7 min by walk.
Parking only with permit.
Train stations Metropolitan and Piccadilly are just 2-3 min away and Central line is 8 min away by walk. Bus stops are just minutes away. Uxbridge shopping center is 5 min by train and Brunel University is also close by bus.
