Double room in North Greenford. The house has been fully renovated top to bottom including the kitchen and the bathroom.
The room has a double sofa bed, a smart TV, a set of drawers and a wardrobe. Currently there is an extension being built therefore there is no access to the garden. It does not affect the rest of the house.
All bills are included, the room is located upstairs and it faces the garden which makes it quiet, there are up and down blinds for additional privacy.
I live in the property my self and I have my own bathroom so you will only be sharing with two other people.
There are plenty of shops in the area and even a Starbucks in the new development. We are looking for a reasonably young professional to enjoy the house with us!
