Hi prospective housemate,

A good sized (proper)double-bedroom available (and the pictures are not doing it justice). It is a south-facing 2 bedroom townhouse and there are two toilets in the house. The house is approx. 12 min walk to West Drayton train station (with trains taking 26mins to Paddington) and walking distance to good bus connections to Uxbridge and Heathrow. There is a garden and BBQ too.
The downstairs is tiles with
underfloor heating and the upstairs is fully carpeted. There is also centralised heating available for the whole house.

The house is spacious and modern looking. Broadband, TV license, Sky Entertainment/Sports and bills are included.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, an Ottoman double bed and a small table. There is also a storage cupboard connected to the bedroom too.

I would consider myself to be an outgoing and sociable person, though I do like quiet time.
I am interested in sports, food, books, current affairs and various games (board games and consoles). I often play things like Catan, Pandemic, Dawn of Winter, etc, with my girlfriend (in the profile pic). She visits me and stays often - native French speaker and speaks Spanish) and adds a bit of balance to the house. You will find it very welcoming.

I have specific interests in Ai, technology, psychology/the brain, stock markets and world history.

A prospective housemate would enjoy the quiet nature of the house and when needed some company and friendly conversations. There is plenty of space to feel one can feel at ease living here. I would say if they are easy-going, enjoy a bit of binge-watching, hikes, cultural or meals out, playing board games, conversing, sharing/learning, enjoys cooking and trying different cuisines then this would be a good fit. I don't consume pork or alcohol but all other food is okay. I am okay sharing of crockery and utensils.
