This is a large room situated at the back of the house so is very quiet. Located near City Centre and a 10 minute walk from the Common. The house is spacious so we won't get in each others way. There are two large living rooms, one of which will be for your sole use, it has a log fire and patio doors which open up to the garden. The third bedroom has fitted wardrobes that you can use.
The room is listed for Monday to Friday rent which is reflected in the price. I am open to full time but will need to discuss the price for this.
If you are looking for Monday to Friday I am happy to clean the room and change sheets etc over the weekend for you.
I really am super chill and easy to get along with and keep the house clean and tidy.
It is a very calm house with not a lot of comings and going.
It's also important you like cats as I have one called George and he basically runs the show!
