The Location:
The property is located in Netley Marsh in the New Forest. It is possible to get a bus (5 min walk away) into Southampton but I'd recommend having a car living out here unless you are only staying very local.

The Property:
My home is a warm and welcoming space that has been recently re-decorated. The room is double sized and comes complete with a double bed, I can also add other furniture unless you prefer to bring your own.

You'll have access to all the necessary amenities, including a shared kitchen and lounge.


Rent and Availability:
The room is available mid July, and the monthly rent is £800. This includes all bills.

I am friendly, respectful, and would like you to feel at home in the property.
I value open communication and am looking for a lodger that is respectful, tidy and easy-going.

Ideally looking for someone who wants an initial 3 month term.

Would also welcome someone who is just looking to stay mon-fri and can lower the price for this.
