We have a spare double room available in a 4 bed, 2 bathroom student house. The room is currently being redecorated and replacing furniture, such as the bed and the desk.
We have a shared living room, kitchen, laundry room and half bathroom on the ground floor as well as the advertised bedroom. On the first floor we have 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite, 1 bathroom and 1 half bathroom.
There is currently 2 female students and a male who are at Solent University…and we recently got a friendly kitten who roams around the house! We are all going into our third and final year so going out / drinking etc will be limited but we all get along great and like to spend time together now and again in the living room or kitchen!
