Hey! My flatmate is moving out soon, so I’m looking for someone to move in 😊

It’s a lovely 2-bed flat in town, fully furnished and close to all amenities, public transport, and right next to Ocean Village.

The room is spacious, and you’ll have your own bathroom. There’s also a communal garden and a large balcony with a great view over town.

A bit about me: I’m 31 and work as a dietitian. I’m quite busy at the moment as I’m also studying at uni, but I enjoy socialising when I can, as well as having my own downtime. I love cooking, wine, watercolour painting, and keeping active.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful—ideally someone who’s also open to the occasional hangout but appreciates personal space too.

Rent is £825 per month (bills not included).

Move-in date is around the end of July, but there’s some flexibility.
