Hello I’m Lauren :-)
I live in a two-bed, mid-terraced house in Harefield in Southampton (between West End and Bitterne) and I’m looking to rent out my spare double bedroom to a lodger. The room will be available from 19th September, after being freshly decorated. The room has large built-in wardrobes and has a kingsize bed and a chest of drawers.
There would be shared use of the bathroom and kitchen with me. There’s a large lounge and a conservatory, as well as a small garden. There’s on-street parking and there are about 8 steps down to the path leading to my house.

I have a timid but very friendly cat so, most importantly, I am looking for someone who likes cats.
