The house has a lounge with two TVs and gym with treadmill, dip and pull up rig and bench with dumbbells from 5-40kg. Professional cleaner comes weekly, you’d just need to lock your door if you don’t wish for it to be cleaned. I have 1 very affectionate cat who does not have a litter tray inside the house. The room has space for a desk or drawer unit which I can supply if needed. All bills and council tax included.
