Hi, I’m seeking a professional person to rent a room in my house. I have asked for a deposit, but this is negotiable.

I am open to someone who might want the room from Monday to Friday and I would be happy to adjust the price accordingly. Since this room will be let over winter period, I would prefer a contribution to gas and electric bills.

My house is a lovely period property in centre of Romsey, minutes from Waitrose and the train station. The location is hard to beat, situated in a friendly, quiet street.

There is a shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen and some access to lounge area. I also have a garden.
