Looking for 1 new housemate for a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house at Portswood, Southampton!! Group of 2 girls 2 guy, first years.

Rent is £134-146 pppw (including bills), depending on who chooses which room.

There is 1 large room, 3 medium rooms, and 1 small room. The rent distribution can be discussed as all the rooms are very nice, medium sized rooms are spacious and smallest room has a bunk bed with cute sofa area underneath.

All rooms are fully furnished with double beds and 1 queen sized bed, wardrobes, desks and shelves. Property overall is very nice and modern, wood flooring and nice garden area with shed and bench table. Includes a cleaner that comes every other week.

Group of friendly, tidy people who are happy to go out sometimes or stay in and hangout together. House is ~10min walk to Sainsburys and ~20min walk to Highfield.
