I am renting a furnished double room in Freemantle - Shirley (10 mins from train station and 20 mins walk into town). Looking for Mon -Fri let or someone who travels quite a bit and would not be home full time.
The house is recently refurbished, it is really nice, light, clean and homey and has a large garden at the back.
I am the live in landlord and there is 1 other housemate (3 people in total including you, but I tend to be away quite a bit travelling).
The house tends to have a more of a family feel (due to the fact I am a live in landlord and love my home).
