Double bedroom in shared house near River Itchen and Riverside Park. There is a yoga studio and relaxing living room. There is a large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and conservatory. The bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs. The bathroom has a bath and shower and is mostly for the use of the tenant.
I am a pescatarian and don't cook meat.
There is on street parking outside.
My preference is for a PHD or masters student or a professional. Close to St Denys station and 20 minutes walk to Highfield campus. Secure bike parking
I work part time and do some yoga teaching.
