Looking for a lodger for a room in my 3 bedroom detached house in Marchwood.

I work away from home so am generally only at home at weekends or occasional weeks.

I'm looking for someone who can keep an eye on the place and make it their home.

Rent negotiable between £400-£650/month depending on how much help can be offered with looking after house and garden. Therefore, would suit someone who would enjoy a garden/veg patch and is looking for a home rather than just a room.

Bills negotiable as to whether included/excluded but generally accounted for separately.
