Hi, I’m advertising for a new housemate to join us in our home. We’re a married couple with a professional female housemate living with us for almost two yrs now.

We have shared kitchen, garden, bathroom, lounge for all.

Currently space for one car residents permit.

2 minute walk to RSH hospital and 10-15 minutes walk to city centre with many amenities available.

Smokers welcome but smoking outside the home.

The room has a double bed with built in drawers and a separate cupboard and two desks and a chair.
