Our home is conveniently situated within easy walking reach of:- Southampton General Hospital (15 min), University of Southampton (25 min), Southampton Common (5 min), Shirley High Street (7 min) , and Southampton City Center (25 min). The house sits in a quiet close with minimal traffic and has ample on street, non restricted parking.

We have double glazing, central heating & an open fire in the lounge. There's a bathroom/WC on the first floor & a WC on the ground floor. There's a front garden & a secluded South Westerly rear garden with patio. The garage has space for bicycle storage only. The property is in Council Band C.

The room has:- a double bed with closed storage beneath, double wardrobe, large chest of draws, table with chair & angle poised lamp, bedside lamp, face mirror, long mirror, clothes airer, door mounted coat hanger, & bin. The door has a lock with removable key.

The shared 1st floor bathroom serves 2 tenants as the landlady has her own en-suite on the 2nd floor.

Lodger's are welcome to have one overnight guest in their room, but for a maximum of 2 nights/week. There's a spare double bedroom for other guests with linen provided, which is £45/night for a couple or £35/night for a single, person, which can be used for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights if needed.

All the landlady's kitchenware is for the household to share, so nothing else is required.

All bills are included - Gas, Electric, Internet, TV Licence, Water Rates, Council Tax. Kitchenware/equipment. Toilet paper & basic cleaning agents are provided.

Our household would be suited to either a professional person, or University/College student.

*N. B:-

- We have 5 CATS & 1 DOG, so an animal lover is essential.

- Although it says, 'Maximum stay 3 years’, the contract is renewed/reviewed 6 monthly
