I work from the living room, so looking for someone who doesnt also need to WFH.

Room: Bed, bedside table, unit, TV and comfy ikea chair, double fitted wardrobed. Note: No dressing table

The house is modern and I keep it clean and tidy

Have space for bike storage, 4 min walk to the 19/19a bus route. I also have off road parking

Have a small front and back garden

Must be ok with animals as Ive got a small spaniel
